You Raise Me Up - Italian and English

I have just released a cover copy of “You Raise Me Up”. Hope you all enjoy!

But I am just putting together an updated release that will include English and Italian Lyrics. I will be singing the start of the song in English then building up to the chorus in Italian. I will be posting snippits to get a reaction from you guys.

Gravity

The Gravity release was born out of my own re-occurring dreams, that include me driving buses as tall as skyscrapers through cities filled with Neon Lights and fields of glass flowers. Walking through deserts of Snow, flying without wings, talking to my ghosts of the past, while loosing the aches, pains, all of the signs of age, and all of the worries of real life. Leaving you feeling totally free!!. But then waking out of those Wonderful dreams and coming back into the real world with all of it's worries and concerns!!

THE LOVE OF A SON

This is a release very personal to me, losing the love of a son.

For many years I had a wonderful relationship with my eldest son, and now we seem to have lost that connection?? Having met a few times over the last few years, although living in different countries, and each meeting falling into harsh words and arguments, over nothing important. No no talks, messages etc.

After discussing this problem with quite a few of my own close friends, I found this family problem loosing connection or fallouts with Sons and Daughters very common.

Inspired the lyrics for the song.

Writing Italian and English Lyrics

I am releasing my first singer songwriter release with both English and Italian lyrics.

“Alba a Gessopalena”   Available from 31/03/2026

I enjoy walking my two Australian Shepherd dogs every morning along our quite village lane, watching the sunrise make the mountains glow golden over the village of Gessopalena. This inspired the lyrics and the want to share it in Italian to our neighbours.

I hope my lyrics make sense in both languages!

A Man Without Love" come singolo in evidenza.

For me, this song represents the perfect 'International Crossover.' It is a melody that feels at home both in a social club in London in 1968 and in a square in Abruzzo today. It speaks of that universal human experience—the nostalgia and the light that music brings into our lives. As I prepare to take my show 'Echoes of Old Songs' on tour in 2026, this track has become a key milestone in the repertoire. There is a precise moment when the first notes resonate, and I see the audience's eyes light up—some remembering the first time they heard it, others listening to it for the first time. The single is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major platforms starting today. Whether you are walking among the hills with your dogs, as I am doing today, or driving in the city, I hope this 'echo' of a classic brings a little more soul to your journey.

72 Years of Trials: Why I’m Just Getting Started

They say the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. I say the best time to release a debut single is at seventy-two.
For decades, music has been the soundtrack to my life: the songs I hummed while building a career, the melodies I set aside while raising a family, the lyrics I wrote in the margins of always-too-full calendars. I thought I had missed my chance. I looked at the stage and saw a 'young person's game.'

But 2025 changed everything. I realized that at twenty-two I had the energy, but at seventy-two I finally have the story. I have lived through the broken hearts those love songs talk about. I have seen the world change and I have weathered storms. My voice may have a few more cracks now, but it is those very cracks that let the truth come out. This is not a comeback—because I never really left. This is a beginning. I am not chasing fame; I am chasing the connection that only an honest song can create. I have spent seven decades trying. Now, the curtain has finally risen.

Ho passato sette decenni a provare. Ora, finalmente, il sipario si è alzato.

I'm thrilled to announce that this week I'm officially releasing "A Man Without Love" as a featured single.
